Phase Information:
RED & BLUE are a pair
and
BLACK & GREEN are a pair.
The motor does not care if the RED & BLUE are the A phase or the B phase.
It also does not care if the RED is the + or the -
Just keep the RED and BLUE on the same phase.
The motor turn direction will be determined by the software setting.

The motor has a standard NEMA23 mounting hole pattern.

Adequate protection for the wiring must be provided, which includes strain relief for the wires as they enter the motor and proper bending radius to keep the wires from failing due to continuous flexing.
